የፆም ዱለት - ጤናማ ና በጣም የሚጣፍጥ በአበባ ጎመንCauliflower with green pepper /jalapenos and onions spiced with cardamom and mitmita, Ethiopian blend of dried red chilies. Served with injera. #HowtocookEthiopian #healthyfood
Ingredients:
1 mid Cauliflower 1 mid red onion 3 jalapeños 1 tsp salt (as preferred) 3/4 cup olive oil 1 tsp mitmita (Ethiopian chilies powder) - add as preferred 3tsp cardamom (Korerima) powder 1tsp kosert (dry leaf powder Lippia abyssinica)
How to make it:
Wash one whole cauliflower and chopped it semi fine or shred it. Also wash and chop red onions and jalapenos.
Mix what you chopped or shredded in a large bowl and add cardamom, mitmita, salt, kosert (garlic not on this video, but good to add).
Then add olive oil and mix well
Sizzel in a pan on oven top
Serve with injera for the best test.
You can also enjoy it with bread or pita or rice.
