Mulmul - buhe bread

How to make Mulmul, Ethiopian buhe holiday bread (የቡሄ ሙልሙል አሰራር)

Buhe is a once a year holiday in Ethiopia held on mid-August. Although it is a religious holiday of the Ethiopian Orthodox Church , it is celebrated by all the people. It is celebrated to remember the Transfiguration of Jesus on Mount Tabor which people of the neighborhood make Chibo with a bundle of sticks tied together, and set it on fire while singing Hoya Hoye songs.

Hoya Hoye is mostly sang by boys or men who visit other's houses to wish best holidays and in return they get blessings them Mulmul Dabo(bread).
